What is the cost of registration and what does it include?
Cost:
- Early bird registration is $799.00 per person through April 1, 2026.
- Standard registration price is $899.00, effective April 2, 2026.
Includes:
- Access to all conference sessions (no need to register for individual sessions)
- Lunch on October 1 and 2, 2026
- Keynote speeches
- Networking opportunities
- Access to conference sponsors
Is there a special hotel rate?
Yes, book by August 28, 2026, to lock in the discounted rate of $279.00 (plus taxes and fees) at the Hilton Chicago. Rooms sell out quickly—reserve early!
Will I receive credit hours for attending?
Yes, all attendees will earn credit hours and receive a certificate of completion after the Conference.
Will any of the conference sessions be virtual or recorded?
No, the conference will not have a virtual component or be recorded for purchase. This is an in-person-only event.
Are you accepting proposals for sessions?
No, we are not accepting proposals for this event.

Can I become a sponsor?
Yes, sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Conference are available. For details and pricing, contact Event Director Maddy Chilbert at madeline@thereadingleague.org. Sponsorships are limited and sell out quickly.
Can my dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes, upon registration, note any dietary restrictions, and we will accommodate them to the best of our ability.
Will there be services available for those with accessibility needs?
Yes, our venue is ADA compliant. Upon registration, please list any aids or services you may need, and we will accommodate them to the best of our ability.
What payment options are available for registration and sponsorship fees?
Your payment options are:
- Pay by credit card
- Email a purchase order to Finance@thereadingleague.org
- Make checks payable to The Reading League and mail to: The Reading League 103 Wyoming Street Second Floor Syracuse, NY 13204
I can’t find my registration confirmation email. Where should I look?
Please check your spam folder for an email from Cvent, our event platform. If it’s not there, check with your IT department to ensure Cvent is not blocked.
Confirmation details can also be requested by emailing events@thereadingleague.org.
How can I modify or cancel my registration? Will I get a refund?
Modify or cancel:
- Click on the modify button at the bottom of your confirmation email. Enter your email address and confirmation number to change your registration.
- If your plans change and you would like to transfer your registration to another person, please email events@thereadingleague.org.
Refund:
- The Reading League will fully refund any cancellation made prior to or on August 30, 2026. Cancellations made after August 30 will not receive a refund.
